Without damaging the flame-retardant performance, the fabrics achieve multiple functions of waterproof, oil-proof, antifouling and antibacterial effects, retaining stable protective performance after multiple washes, and solving the problems of easy aging, failure and poor washing resistance of traditional fabrics, controlling the core product quality from the source.

Mass-produced traditional fire fighting suits generally have defects such as stiff version, limited joint movement, multiple protection blind areas, and stuffy sweat accumulation, which greatly reduce rescue operation efficiency. Based on massive frontline rescue data and ergonomic principles, we continuously iterate the structural design of suits. The R&D team optimizes core movable areas such as shoulders, elbows, knees and waists in a targeted manner, adopting three-dimensional tailoring and elastic reinforcement structures with double-layer wear-resistant protection design. It strengthens the protection capability of vulnerable parts while ensuring flexible limb movement for high-intensity operations such as stretching, climbing and crawling. Meanwhile, we innovate the modular split structure and optimize the sealing design of cuffs, hems and collars to prevent penetration of open fire, high-temperature water vapor and corrosive liquid and eliminate protection blind areas. For four-season operation scenarios, we optimize the layered breathable and moisture-conducting structure to dissipate internal sweat and heat, significantly reducing the stuffy discomfort of long-term wearing and effectively relieving the physical exhaustion of rescuers, realizing the dual breakthrough of all-round protection and high operational flexibility.
Fine production process and testing R&D build a high-quality mass production system.
